Law and Ethics in Dentistry (C3)

The module is designed to provide information in the areas of jurisprudence, ethics and dental practice in today's environment. It addresses questions about the concept of the legal system, the nature of legal argumentation and reasoning and different approaches to questions of ethics. The module comprises an alternating series of lectures and seminars. Small group seminars will integrate and reinforce material presented in the lectures and in the assigned reading. Attendance at lectures and seminars will be mandatory.
