The school does not offer places on the basis of expected / predicted grades so all applicants must already be in possession of the entry requirements.

Bachelor of Dental Science BDSc

(a) Passes in the Matriculation Examination at Advanced Level at Grade C or better in Biology, Chemistry and either Physics or Mathematics (EQF / MQF Level 3) OR
(b) Previous degree in a science based subject (EQF / MQF Level 6)
(c) Non English language speakers IELTS 6.5 (International English Language Testing System) or an equivalent test. As the course is delivered in English applicants who have completed their dentistry studies entirely in English are not required to present proof of knowledge of English.

Master of Science in Dental Surgery MSc (Clin)

An MQF / EQFL6 BDSc awarded by The City of London Dental School. Those students who wish to continue their academic studies in the clinical practice of dentistry must have attained the BDSc with a honours distinction.

Equivalents for international students

International students’ applications are considered on an individual basis. However, grades must be of an equivalent level to the standard entrance requirements.
