Restorative Dentistry
Is concerned with returning the mouth to health, form and full function and entails the treatment of gum disease, repair of decayed or damaged teeth or the replacement of missing teeth.
Why Replace Missing Teeth
When the mouth has multiple problems requiring gum treatment and the replacement or rebuilding of two or more teeth then restorative dentistry is required. In such situations the treatment is more complex and requires careful planning by a recognised dental expert who is able to see and direct the progress of the treatment. Although it may sound frightening or even invasive, restorative dentistry is very predictable and uncomplicated providing it has been correctly managed from the outset.
