The schools Clinical Skills Unit combines a fully functioning dental suite with a flexible skills laboratory designed to enhance and further the operative skills and knowledge of the entire dental team.   

Located at prestigious 22 Harley a short walk from Bond Street or Oxford Street Tube only 3 stops from Waterloo main station the clinical skills centre offers the perfect venue that supports the development of new and advanced skills in all areas of modern dentistry.

Unique Training Concept in the delivery of Continuing Education Courses

Although the clinical skills centre provides training for the MClinDent programmes run by CoLDS its state-of-the-art facilities are available for hire for CPD dental courses and hands-on training. CoLDS Clinical Skills Centre is the perfect environment to deliver high end Postgraduate Courses in advanced dental techniques.

The skills laboratory has state-of-the-art integrated dental simulators designed especially for the school. Each simulator is a fully integrated stand alone work station comprising of phantom head, LED operating lamp, fast and slow hand pieces, 3 in 1, water bottle, compressor and suction units. This means work stations are mobile and can be arranged as desired by the programme organiser. The simulators can even be taken off site by prior arrangement at very reasonable daily hire rates.

Clinical Facilities are also available which affords the opportunity for the treatment of real patients following simulated training. Also included is CBCT for the planning of advanced cases, microscope with video link and fully equipped implant suite, computerised scanners means delegates can scan their preparations and virtually design their cases.
