Qualifying in 1988 from the University of Liverpool Medical School with vocational training as a GP from 1989 to 1992. In the year 2000, Fab started performing aesthetic procedures, honing his skills to become a medical director. He was awarded the diploma in non-surgical facial aesthetics in 2013 from UCLAN (university of central Lancashire) with distinction. He subsequently went on to be clinical tutor on the course.

A highly-ambitious clinical expert, Dr Equizi opened his own practice in 2007, which became one of the most recognised, trusted and well-respected aesthetic practices in the UK. He decided to relocate in 2018, forming his current clinic, Enhance Clinispa. 

Fab is also a Nurse mentor and DMP for V300 courses for various Universities and is a Member of Advisory Board Panel for Allergan and Sinclair Pharma. 

Dr Equizi has become one of the most highly-respected and well known practitioners in the aesthetic industry which has earned him many opportunities to perform demonstrations for global brands such as Bioform Medical (now Merz), Sinclair Pharma and HA-Derma. Dr Equizi often finds himself on a global stage speaking at events such as the annual World Experts meeting in Barcelona, and is a published author in industry journals.
